I’m Yashi Madhwani, founder of two ventures — Exactly, which you’re exploring now, and Yashi, the Designer Label.

I started Exactly in 2022, with the intention to build something of my own. After a brief pause in 2024 due to my wedding, I’m relaunching Exactly in 2025 with a clearer vision — to focus on comfortable, high-quality cotton shirts that women can wear every day, in every season.

Our aim now is to create wardrobe staples that feel good and breathe.
With our in-house manufacturing unit, we personally oversee every step to ensure the quality you deserve.

However, if you face any issues with your order, we’re happy to offer an exchange — you have to share an unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This helps us ensure quality and maintain fairness for all customers.

We offer exchange in the following cases:

- if there is any damage or wrong product received, and you share an opening parcel video with us.

- In case of a size issue (only for non-customized pieces), and you send us a clear photo of you wearing the outfit.

We use pre-washed cotton to minimize shrinkage. For best results, wash in cold water and avoid using high heat in the dryer.

Yes! We use soft, breathable cotton that feels light and airy — perfect for every season, especially summer and humid climates.
