Exchange requests must be supported with an opening parcel video — this helps us ensure transparency and fairness.

Customized orders are not eligible for exchange, unless there is a genuine size
We offer exchange in the following cases:

If there is any damage or wrong product received, and you share an opening parcel video with us.

In case of a size issue, please share a clear photo of yourself wearing the outfit, so we can understand the fit and assist you accordingly.
